Job Description
Senior Specialist in Systems Engineering responsible for Requirements and Development Support of ACES capabilities. Collaborating on various platforms and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Requirements, Development Support, and Integration of Aircraft Capability Extension System (ACES) capabilities
- Issue investigation and resolution
- Submitting bid and proposals
- Documenting status and issues in Jira/Confluence
- Communicate effectively with customers, system engineers, and architects
- Work with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with teams through the entire build cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of prior relevant engineering experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum 4 years of prior related engineering experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum 10 years of prior related engineering experience
- Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering lifecycle
- DoD clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance is a must
- Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile process
- Hands-on experience with RC-135 Operator Interfaces
- Security+ Certification
