Job Description
Campaign Performance Analyst for Expertise.com analyzing and optimizing daily campaign performance to meet objectives in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient operation of the Customer Success organization and its processes
- Monitor daily campaign performance
- Make recommendations
- Adjust bids, budgets, and strategies to meet performance objectives as directed
- Monitor reports that trigger automations
- Clean reports as necessary
- Other tasks as assigned: completing disputes, recharging, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or degrees that require strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on internal team interactions
