Job Description
Senior Analyst at Oak Street Health driving patient retention through data analysis and strategic insights. Collaborating with various teams to enhance patient engagement and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic analyses, develop data-driven insights & own reporting
- Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making related to patient retention
- Build and pull reports on performance metrics related to patient retention
- Complete analyses to identify areas of progress and opportunity
- Communicate insights with local leaders and organizational leaders
- Drive patient retention at Oak Street through implementation of Patient Engagement and Retention workflows
- Manage relationship with key partners across provider services, Salesforce and patient comms and marketing
- Own proactive workflows related to patient communications and panel reassignment
- Contribute to key organizational retention goals through implementing initiatives to meet annual patient wellness visit completion goals
- Identify key factors that influence annual wellness visit completion and target patient populations for outreach
- Report on success of different engagement strategies for achieving visit completion goals
- Project manager for ongoing initiatives related to patient segmentation
- Create metrics and reports to monitor success and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Experience collaborating on projects across multiple departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or other standard analysis tools (SQL, Alteryx, etc.)
- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Quick learner comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
- Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
- Bachelor’s degree required
