Job Description
Capture Manager responsible for driving growth across GovCIO’s National Security Sector. Leading strategies and managing relationships with Department of War organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of long-term, winning strategies for DoW opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key DoW organizations.
- Oversee proposal strategy, ensuring compliance and differentiation.
- Transition awarded contracts to delivery teams.
- Monitor and identify large, strategic DoW opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in federal government contracting, including BD and capture management.
- Proven record of winning competitive DoW contracts.
- Established relationships with DoW organizations
- Strategic & Critical Thinking.
- Competitive Intelligence & PTW experience.
- Sales & BD Acumen.
- Capture Management Expertise.
- Project Management skills.
- Analytical Skills with GovWin, GovTribe, and similar tools.
- Communication & Collaboration skills.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge.
