Job Description
Director of Capture Management at Odyssey Systems, responsible for driving high-impact capture strategies in Defense sectors. Leading a team and ensuring strategic growth alignment with market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Capture Managers
- Establish and enforce standards for capture discipline, rigor, and quality across the full pursuit lifecycle
- Provide strategic coaching on competitive positioning, customer insight, teaming strategy, and solution shaping
- Oversee end-to-end execution of major captures through governance, not individual ownership
- Ensure Capture Managers execute against consistent processes aligned to corporate priorities
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to achieve TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and success record
- 10+ years of experience in Capture, BD, Program Management, or related roles
- Demonstrated leadership of Capture Managers or capture teams
- Deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes and competitive dynamics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
