Job Description
Remote Care Manager overseeing compliant day and residential IDD programs for Abound Health. Supporting client goals, licensing audits, staff development, and behavioral emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the success of day, residential, and other licensed programs
- Promote the well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Champion compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for Community Homes and Adult Training Facilities
- Serve as the expert for licensing bodies
- Manage inspections, audits, and action plans
- Conduct and document clinical and supervisory visits
- Review client service notes and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Create personalized goals, task analyses, and interventions
- Train, evaluate, coach, inspire, and develop the team
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to behavioral emergencies and provide direct support as needed
- Report to the Program Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Human Services or Psychology from an accredited college or university required
- Deep understanding of 6400, 2380, and 6100 Regulations preferred
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and composure
- Strong advocacy skills to connect clients and families with community resources
- Pennsylvania residency required
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and provide direct support as needed
