Job Description

Carrier Relations Project Coordinator supporting insurance carrier approvals, contracts, and market workflows. Maintaining SharePoint databases, directories, procedures, and producer-code tracking remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support to the Carrier Relations team and maintain the SharePoint database
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information related to agency, producers, and staff activities
  • Support review and administration of the carrier requests workflow on SharePoint
  • Process, review, and assign new market requests via AlliantNet and the New Market Request Form
  • Coordinate approvals and assign approved markets to the Helpdesk for AMS setup
  • Oversee and maintain the Carrier Approval Directory
  • Assist with M&A book review and company vetting using A.M. Best ratings, market approval verification, and Epic lookups
  • Facilitate contract reviews between Business, Carrier Relations, and Legal teams
  • Process and track contract redlines and finalize contracts for execution
  • Build, coordinate, and rebrand SharePoint datasheets for Carrier Relations needs and acquired companies or Leveraged Hires
  • Maintain Producer Code tracking for new and existing office locations on SharePoint
  • Maintain Carrier Relations procedures documentation and provide workflow improvement insights
  • Use Epic to identify appropriate Producer/Account Manager for carrier correspondence
  • Use Epic to verify active Alliant markets and existing carrier codes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience
  • One (1) or more years of experience using SharePoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; intermediate in Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Advanced research skills
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team
  • Exceptional ability to multitask on multiple high-priority projects
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and adaptive in an evolving organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
