Job Description
Application Analyst responsible for supporting clinical and revenue cycle applications at Wellstar Health System. Requires extensive Epic application knowledge and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support, optimization, and enhancement of clinical and revenue cycle applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, workflows, and enhancements
- Providing application and technical support within a defined service line
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years healthcare experience
- Minimum of three years Epic and/or associated application build experience
- Certification in two or more relevant applications is required
- Minimum of one year of project management experience preferred
