Job Description

Change Management Consultant helping clients prepare for, adopt, and sustain change across complex transformation initiatives. Focus on organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement, based in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • help clients prepare for, adopt, and sustain change across complex transformation and implementation initiatives.
  • supports organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, sponsor alignment, and adoption planning.
  • assess impacts, identify barriers, develop change strategies, and support clients in moving from decision to action.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness reviews.
  • Develop change management plans, readiness strategies, communications plans, and adoption tools.
  • Support sponsor engagement and leadership alignment.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness discussions.
  • Identify change risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
  • Develop talking points, implementation guidance, and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Support execution of change, communications, and adoption activities across workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-10+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, or transformation support.
  • Experience supporting organizational transitions or implementation efforts.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to develop practical plans and materials that help organizations navigate change.
