Job Description
Management consultant evaluating AI-generated strategy, market analyses, financial models, and business cases for 24-MAG. Developing rubrics, scoring work, and providing evidence-based feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Review realistic consulting deliverables produced by AI systems or human contributors
- Evaluate market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, and business cases
- Assess client-ready presentations and implementation roadmaps
- Identify weaknesses in logic, assumptions, analysis, and recommendations
- Apply professional consulting judgment to complex business problems
- Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for consulting assignments
- Define standards for high-quality strategy and management consulting work
- Create evaluation criteria distinguishing rigorous analysis from incomplete or superficial approaches
- Evaluate structured problem-solving approaches, market sizing, competitive analysis, commercial assessments, financial models, and business cases
- Review implementation plans for feasibility, clarity, and strategic alignment
- Score AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria
- Provide detailed written justification for evaluation decisions
- Explain analytical strengths, weaknesses, and material omissions clearly
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment and calibrate evaluations against established standards
- Incorporate structured reviewer feedback
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional management consulting experience
- Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm or equivalent professional environment
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with market sizing and commercial analysis
- Financial modelling and business-case development experience
- Ability to develop clear strategy recommendations from complex information
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfort receiving feedback and calibrating professional judgment against defined standards
- A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline may be highly relevant
- Advanced business or quantitative education may strengthen an application
- Equivalent professional management consulting experience may also be considered
- Practical experience solving complex client and business problems
- Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy or transformation, advanced financial modelling, market-entry or growth strategies, due diligence or commercial assessment, senior executive or board-level presentations, reviewing or mentoring consultants, or AI evaluation are nice to have
- Future engagements are expected to be structured as independent contractor opportunities

- Potential rates of $95–$145 per hour depending on expertise and individual project scope
