Job Description
UKG Pro WFM Consultant delivering workforce-management consulting for Smart WFM clients. Improving business practices through SaaS configuration, technology adoption, and client success.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant in the Enterprise Practice
- Deliver consulting services for UKG Pro WFM implementations and client engagements
- Lead clients toward successful outcomes
- Improve business practices through better use of technology
- Configure SaaS systems and provide customer-focused service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a delivery consulting role
- Experience as a UKG Pro WFM consultant
- UKG Pro Workforce Management consulting experience
- Passion for problem-solving
- Passion for leading clients to success
- Passion for improving business practices through technology
