Job Description
Chess & Board Games Coach at Leland helping players improve their skills in a collaborative environment. Focusing on game analysis, strategy development, and personalized coaching plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with players looking to sharpen their skills and improve their rating
- Review and analyze games
- Build a strong opening repertoire
- Develop middlegame strategy and endgame technique
- Help players strengthen tactics and calculation
- Improve time management and clock skills
- Prepare for upcoming tournaments
- Support general exploration of the game for newer players
Requirements:
- Strong competitive chess or board games background
- Prior coaching or teaching experience
- Clear, structured approach to helping players understand and learn from their games
