Job Description
Lead digital, design, and technology functions at M3 Communications. Oversee development of digital products, AI tools, and establish best practices for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead M3's digital, design, and technology functions.
- Oversee design, development, digital products, AI tools, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality UX/UI and technical delivery.
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to transform ideas into scalable digital products.
- Establish digital processes, standards, and best practices.
- Drive innovation across design and technology.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital product, design, or technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, web development, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Startup, agency, or consulting experience preferred.
