Job Description

Chief of Staff managing strategic initiatives for TaskUs President. Liaison for leadership alignment and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives between the President and the leadership team
  • Track the flow of relationships, projects, or initiatives from end-to-end
  • Manage projects that fall between traditional leadership areas of responsibility
  • Provide high-level operational support for the President’s private business interests and external ventures
  • Assist in overseeing the non-profit organization
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Manage the intersection of the President’s professional and private schedules
  • Spot opportunities, streamline workflows, and optimize executive decision-making processes
  • Prepare executive-level reports, Salesforce data, and high-stakes presentations
  • Read, respond to, and organize the President’s email
  • Manage multiple schedules and complex calendars
  • Execute all necessary tasks to keep the office running
  • Plan and execute events, town halls, and offsite meetings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff to C-suite executives
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Mac OS
  • Experience with Concur and Workday is highly preferred
  • Proven experience with heavy international coordination and collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to work US time zones and occasional nights/weekends
