Job Description
Chief of Staff managing strategic initiatives for TaskUs President. Liaison for leadership alignment and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives between the President and the leadership team
- Track the flow of relationships, projects, or initiatives from end-to-end
- Manage projects that fall between traditional leadership areas of responsibility
- Provide high-level operational support for the President’s private business interests and external ventures
- Assist in overseeing the non-profit organization
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Manage the intersection of the President’s professional and private schedules
- Spot opportunities, streamline workflows, and optimize executive decision-making processes
- Prepare executive-level reports, Salesforce data, and high-stakes presentations
- Read, respond to, and organize the President’s email
- Manage multiple schedules and complex calendars
- Execute all necessary tasks to keep the office running
- Plan and execute events, town halls, and offsite meetings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff to C-suite executives
- Advanced skills in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Mac OS
- Experience with Concur and Workday is highly preferred
- Proven experience with heavy international coordination and collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Willingness to work US time zones and occasional nights/weekends
