Job Description
Internship at JYMMiN supporting music feedback solutions for rehabilitation. Collaborating with teams and working on strategic projects for up to 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- You will spend 1–6 months with our company, working alongside our founding and management team
- You will take responsibility for strategically important projects from ideation and prototyping through operational implementation and iteration
- You will help optimize key parts of our value chain by continuously improving processes
- You will define and implement business infrastructure to lay the foundation for strong growth
- You will collaborate effectively with our scientific and business stakeholders
- You will analyze markets to identify customer- and market-specific needs
Requirements:
- You are currently studying for, or hold, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- You may already have some professional experience — not necessarily in the typical high-pressure, fast-paced sectors (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
- You are proactive, think ahead, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- You are both analytical and pragmatic with a strong attention to detail
- You enjoy working independently and are not afraid to take on responsibility
- You speak German and English fluently
