Job Description
Chief of Staff driving execution and strategy at Catena Clearing. Overseeing initiatives with the CEO and aligning cross-functional teams for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the CEO on company-level priorities and quarterly planning
- Convert high-level strategy into clear execution plans with owners and timelines
- Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Ensure key initiatives actually ship, not just get discussed
- Build and maintain internal dashboards for revenue, pipeline, product velocity, and cost discipline
- Identify execution gaps and implement process improvements
- Support pricing strategy, forecasting, and unit economics modeling
- Help institutionalize planning and accountability rhythms
- Prepare board materials and investor updates
- Support fundraising preparation and diligence workflows
- Assist with enterprise deal coordination and strategic partnerships
- Evaluate new markets, expansion opportunities, and potential M&A
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO
- Improve internal communication clarity and decision documentation
- Help shape company narrative and strategic positioning
- Ensure strategic decisions turn into measurable outcomes
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or operational roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical ability
- Structured thinker who can move between strategy and detail
- Comfortable working with revenue, product, and operational metrics
- Low ego, high ownership
- Able to operate independently in ambiguity
- Based in the New York area and able to work closely with leadership in person
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, logistics, or infrastructure businesses is a strong plus.
