Job Description

Chief Operations Officer leading and evolving service delivery and project operations at VisionPoint Marketing. Drive operational excellence and client impact in higher education marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • lead and evolve VisionPoint’s service delivery, project operations, and product innovation
  • accountable for ensuring that services are delivered with operational excellence and client impact
  • develop and drive the strategic vision for service operations
  • lead product and service innovation efforts using market feedback
  • partner with executives to align operations with sales, marketing, and finance
  • represent VisionPoint in key client engagements and industry discussions
  • build and nurture a high-performing team culture

Requirements:

  • 10 years of progressive leadership
  • 5+ years in a senior executive role within a performance marketing agency
  • proven track record of delivering operational excellence at scale
  • deep familiarity with higher education enrollment marketing strongly preferred
  • demonstrated success overseeing service delivery and project operations
  • exceptional communicator with C-level executives
  • analytical and data-informed
