Job Description
Remote fintech startup co-founder/COO owning and scaling a new venture with EWOR. Receiving founder coaching, hiring support, product-market-fit guidance, and fundraising assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as Fintech
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey and follow a customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management
- Hire through EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals
- Apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
- Receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding
- Iterate the product until reaching product-market-fit
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine
Requirements:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup
- Ability and ambition to scale the startup to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication skills in English
