Job Description
Chief Operating Officer driving sales, hiring, finance, and company operations at FutureSearch. Partnering with executive leaders to scale an ambitious AI startup.
Responsibilities:
- Improve company operations to achieve ambitious commercial and research outcomes
- Work closely with the VP of Engineering, VP of Research, Director of Forecasting, Chief of Staff, and CEO
- Oversee sales
- Oversee customer relations
- Lead management activities
- Manage finances and investor communications
- Lead hiring
- Grow rapidly in the role and continuously succeed at new challenges as the company grows
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior leadership role of an organization
- Strong startup fundamentals, including fundraising, hiring, and management
- Highly ambitious about changing the course of AI
