Job Description
CTO developing trading infrastructure for Cronos Labs, building a mobile-first trading app on Cronos blockchain. Leading architecture design and engineering teams to fulfill an innovative vision.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full technical stack from matching engine to smart contracts to mobile app
- Architect and ship the off-chain Sidecar Sequencer (Rust)
- Build the full risk stack: collateral weighting, cross-asset netting, real-time risk calculations
- Design and implement the liquidation engine and insurance fund architecture
- Coordinate with Crypto.com tokenization team
Requirements:
- 12+ years engineering, 5+ in senior technical leadership
- Deep trading infrastructure and risk management experience
- Hands-on blockchain/DeFi depth or proven ability to ramp fast
- Strongly Preferred TradFi-to-crypto crossover trajectory
- Systems-level technical depth
