Job Description
Senior Director in HPE's Field CTO Networking team providing thought leadership and strategic guidance in networking technology. Engaging with customers and stakeholders to position HPE as a technology leader.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance across HPE networking portfolio
- Engage with sales, product management, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Develop and curate industry-specific technical positions
- Lead large-scale, sponsored engagements
- Deliver keynote speeches and industry presentations globally
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and emerging networking technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development
- Mentor and role model leadership within the technical community
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy
- Capture industry insights and customer feedback to inform product and strategy development
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in networking technology, product development, or related domains
- Expertise in networking standards, emerging technologies, and industry verticals such as enterprise, telecom, and data centers
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives
- Proven track record of public speaking engagements
- Demonstrated leadership in shaping technology strategy, influencing product design, and mentoring teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
