Job Description
Chief Technology Officer responsible for bridging technology and business at Constellation Payment Processing. Leading AI strategy and overseeing technology infrastructure for compliance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire a talented team, foster a culture of innovation
- Directly engage hands-on in the code and R&D processes
- Implement and oversee clear processes, day-to-day workflows
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends
- Work closely with different departments to integrate feedback
- Navigate through technological and business challenges
- Participate in the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 10+ years in application development (Java)
- 5+ years in AWS cloud hosting
- 5+ years in payment processing
- 5+ years in managerial roles
- Proficiency in Postgres, Agile, SDLC, git code management (GitHub a plus)
- Understand PCI 4.0 compliance requirements
