Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau français de conciergerie locative courte durée d’ALB. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local representative of the network in your city and surrounding areas
- Drive business development in your area by onboarding new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Coordinate the local network of service providers
- Delegate property portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Build a portfolio of managed properties
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation and self-reliance
- Desire to build a recurring income over the long term
