Job Description
Advogado(a) Cível Consumerista at LBCA responsible for drafting complex legal documents and advising clients on civil law matters. Leveraging technology to manage legal data and documents efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting court pleadings and procedural documents of medium to high complexity;
- Case review for risk assessment and provisioning;
- Updating and maintaining internal legal management systems;
- Support in managing deadlines and hearings (occasionally);
- Client contact.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;
- Experience using legal case management systems;
- Strong analytical skills for case assessment and drafting legal opinions;
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Strategic mindset, resilience, and proactivity are valued.
