Job Description
Client Director expanding Nexthink’s digital employee experience platform across marquee enterprise accounts. Driving executive relationships, renewals, and strategic revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own Nexthink's most important and complex enterprise relationships
- Serve as the executive face of Nexthink for a defined portfolio of marquee accounts
- Drive renewals and expand platform adoption
- Build multi-threaded, CxO-level customer relationships
- Connect Nexthink's capabilities to client priorities including reducing IT costs, improving employee productivity, and protecting the digital workplace
- Build and deepen relationships across assigned accounts from IT and service desk teams through CIO and C-suite
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Drive license expansion, professional services adoption, and renewal excellence
- Set the commercial direction for the portfolio and remain accountable for results
- Partner with clients to create outcomes-driven roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Help customers realize measurable value from Nexthink's platform
- Orchestrate internal Nexthink resources across functions and geographies
- Lead strategy and hold teams accountable to customer success
- Manage worldwide deployment and development of assigned accounts
- Coordinate resources across regions for consistent, high-impact engagement
- Own the book of business and achieve targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services
- Maintain visibility and accountability for the commercial health of the portfolio
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience
- Track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
- 2+ years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or equivalent role managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience, or adjacent enterprise software categories
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders, including CIO, CHRO, and other C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to build a three-year account vision and close the quarter
- Disciplined pipeline management and rigorous qualification
- Ability to build trusted client relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving market
- Ability to lead virtual teams by influence, not authority
- Seller mindset combined with trusted-advisor credibility
