Job Description
Client onboarding consultant managing healthcare revenue-cycle implementations at Experian. Improving onboarding operations through automation, AI, and expert project guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding projects beyond primary project focus area
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
- Identify operational inefficiencies and scalable improvements using automation or AI solutions
- Collaborate with leadership on recommendations
- Serve as the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing with team members
- Independently manage end-to-end client implementation projects
- Provide support across onboarding project focus areas
- Operate independently using established procedures to complete complex tasks
- Report to the Supervisor of Client Onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred, or equivalent implementation or onboarding experience within healthcare, financial services, or other related environments
- 2+ years of implementation, client onboarding, project coordination, or project management experience
- Experience using automation and AI to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and foster innovation
- Familiarity with Experian Health products is beneficial
