Job Description
Senior planner enablement manager building onboarding, upskilling, and coaching programs. Supporting Facet’s holistic financial advice platform and planner development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Translate advice standards, career pathways, and AI-driven quality rubrics into practical onboarding programs, ongoing skill drills, and career progression modules
- Partner with the Senior Director to translate advice strategy, behavioral coaching frameworks, and career pathways into live, scalable training programs
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact across a planner's first 90 days
- Facilitate hands-on training for planners on Facet’s proprietary tech ecosystem and AI tools
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, People, Planning Leadership, and other cross-functional leaders to enable successful onboarding
- Own setup logistics and administrative readiness for rolling hiring cohorts
- Track early learning retention, tool adoption, and performance indicators during the first 90 days
- Deploy targeted interventions for lagging indicators
- Execute structured handoffs and provide Planning Leaders with visibility into new-hire readiness, strengths, and coaching needs
- Operationalize and facilitate career path training modules
- Run upskilling modules and practice drills for transitions across career tiers
- Facilitate regular training sessions and practice drills for existing planner cohorts
- Train planning leaders on practice drills and 1:1 coaching frameworks
- Collect feedback to refine enablement playbooks and identify curriculum gaps
Requirements:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation
- 5–8+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding operations, or advisor development within financial services, fintech, or fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience training financial planners and facilitating career progression programs
- Deep understanding of core financial planning concepts, advisor workflows, and practice management
- Agile mindset with proven capability to identify gaps in training programs, propose solutions, test instructional methods, and iterate rapidly
- Highly comfortable using AI and modern tech tools to drive operational and learning efficiency
- Strong project leader who can work independently and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams without needing direct reports
- Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for in-person training as needed
