Job Description
Remote entry-level agent helping U.S. families choose life insurance through 60+ carrier partners. Handling inbound leads via phone and Zoom on a commission-based model.
Responsibilities:
- Log into the system and pull up a queue of inbound life insurance leads
- Call or Zoom with prospective clients who have requested information
- Review clients' family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help clients choose an appropriate life insurance policy
- Work approximately five to fifteen lead conversations per day
- Complete training in the training portal
- Consult with a mentor when client conversations become challenging
- Match clients with suitable policies through a network of 60+ carrier partners
Requirements:
- No degree required
- No prior insurance industry background required
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Consistent and able to work the lead queue
- Must live in the United States
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- El Paso area is a plus but not required
