Job Description
Licensed healthcare agent selling Medicare Advantage, PDP, and supplemental plans remotely. Supporting clients with policy enrollment, renewals, claims, eligibility, and coverage options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers
- Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during policy writing and renewal processes
- Prepare and present policy and coverage options and information to clients
- Maintain client records within the client management database
- Address client matters including claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Active resident Health Insurance License
- Current Year AHIP Certified
- Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts
- Adequate equipment to work from home
- Proficiency in computers
- Good Sales Background
- Ability to communicate through virtual platforms
- Comply with State and CMS guidelines
