Job Description
Patient Service Agent scheduling appointments and handling patient messages for Mercy healthcare. Providing visit information and compassionate telephone support remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments
- Take patient messages
- Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations
- Maintain a calm, pleasant, professional attitude
- Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Data Entry
- Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to type 60 wpm
