Job Description
Client Solutions Architect guiding cybersecurity infrastructure strategy for NetCov’s financial-sector clients. Mentoring architects, managing roadmaps, and mitigating technology risks across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive infrastructure, security, and technology strategy for clients
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for client environments
- Develop and mentor Client Solutions Architects
- Establish and lead a formal mentorship program
- Create individualized development plans for mentees
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions
- Guide architects in cloud architecture, security frameworks, and emerging technologies
- Provide hands-on training in solution design methodologies and architectural patterns
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Review solution designs, technical proposals, and client presentations
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure team efforts across technical domains
- Develop and implement best practices for infrastructure, security architecture, and technology roadmaps
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Develop understanding of clients’ business goals, technical landscapes, and operational challenges
- Identify and mitigate technology and security risks
- Create and maintain strategic technology roadmaps
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical issues and client concerns
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers on client satisfaction and exceptions
- Participate in client meetings as a technical expert
- Partner with the Project Management Office on technology implementations and migrations
- Coordinate with service delivery teams on project roadmaps
- Support client renewal and expansion discussions
- Deliver 3-5 major strategic technology projects per quarter
- Execute at least 85% of planned technology roadmap milestones
- Introduce 2+ technology solutions or optimizations per client annually
- Complete technology assessments for all new client onboardings within 45 days
- Resolve 90%+ of potential technology risks before client impact
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of progressive IT experience
- 3+ years in enterprise client-facing roles
- 5+ years in MSP environments
- Current Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Current AWS certification
- Current CISSP certification
- Expert-level proficiency in cloud architecture
- Expert-level proficiency in security frameworks, including NIST and CMMC 2.0
- Expert-level proficiency in emerging technologies
- Exceptional C-level relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking to translate business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps
- Outstanding communication abilities to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Collaborative approach across Client Success and Project Management teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings
