Job Description

Client Success Manager retaining and growing K–12 school accounts for Finalsite’s integrated education technology platform. Driving adoption, renewals, advocacy, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultative advisor to assigned K–12 district, independent, and charter school clients
  • Own net revenue retention for the assigned book of business
  • Manage renewal processes through proactive relationship-building and clear articulation of platform value
  • Drive product adoption and showcase outcomes reinforcing client investment and loyalty
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and transition leads to Sales
  • Sell follow-on training and consulting services
  • Monitor engagement, satisfaction, health scores, CSAT/NPS, usage data, and referenceability metrics
  • Mitigate churn risks through strategic intervention
  • Advocate internally for clients and coordinate across teams to remove technical, commercial, and operational roadblocks
  • Maintain data integrity in ChurnZero and Salesforce and follow Client Success SOPs
  • Execute and log required engagement activities for the client portfolio

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in client success, support, sales, implementation, or a related function, preferably in a SaaS or education-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, consultative, and confident in negotiation and conflict resolution scenarios
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a highly collaborative team culture
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for K–12 education and commitment to Finalsite’s mission
  • Must be a permanent resident of the United States
  • Current and continued residency within the United States required to obtain and retain employment
