Job Description
Climate Tech & Sustainability Coach teaching skills for climate consulting and sustainability roles. Supporting client career development and delivering virtual coaching experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients looking to break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles
- Teach core climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain & operations
- Help clients navigate climate policy & regulations and funding & grants for climate-focused work
- Support clients on the career side, offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
- Provide behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles
- Additional support includes networking strategy and salary negotiation
- Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy (as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional)
- Strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape
- Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
