Job Description

Clinical Form Specialist configuring accurate PDF forms for Heidi, an AI healthcare platform. Supporting clinicians and internal teams across global healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, triage, and configure user-submitted, enterprise, and community form requests
  • Set expectations with clinicians and internal team members regarding feasibility, trade-offs, and timelines
  • Label and type every incoming form field in Field Recognition
  • Choose field types including text, number, date, checkbox, radio button, dropdown, and signature
  • Set character limits while preserving form layout
  • Prepare source PDFs, add missed fields, and resize and align fields
  • Identify patterns and edge cases, feeding insights to the forms and growth teams
  • Create guides and worked examples for internal teams
  • Manage workload across regions and urgency levels, escalating volume or complexity when needed
  • Develop working knowledge of Heidi and clinicians' workflows across specialties, settings, and regions

Requirements:

  • Quick learner able to pick up Heidi's product fast and work autonomously with high accountability
  • Highly organised with effective time management
  • Clear, direct communication skills
  • Judgment to identify when a form requires discussion or escalation
  • Patience for detailed, repetitive work and checking own output
  • Comfort with ambiguity and improving processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or form-building tools
  • Ability to prepare source PDFs, add missed fields, resize and align fields, set character limits, and unlock secured files
  • Prior experience with Notion, Intercom, or similar software tools is advantageous but not required
  • Clinical background is helpful but not required
  • Genuine excitement about AI in healthcare
