Job Description
Clinical Product Specialist responsible for delivering applications training and supporting sales and service for GE Healthcare ultrasound products. Role involves customer interactions and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstration of GE Healthcare ultrasound products at customer sites/hospitals and at conferences/exhibits/trade shows
- Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support
- Post sales customer support product training at customer sites/hospitals
- Maintaining contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell applications related products while retaining good customer relationships
- Collect, analyse and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information
- Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with ISO0991 standards
- Comply with EHS Policies and applicable laws
- Complete all mandatory EHS training
- Actively participate in accident & incident investigation
- Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean workplace
- Identify and correct hazards and unsafe working conditions
- Supporting and assisting the Clinical Lead and Manager
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working in a clinical environment
- Team spirit
- Sales / Negotiation Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Fluent English Language
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- A self-motivator with a can-do approach
- Experience in teaching and/or mentoring others on ultrasound equipment
- DMU or PGDip in Ultrasound
- A good level of English and a valid work permit
