- Continuously streamline onboarding content and checklists to shorten ramp-up time
- Audit medical staff documentation and practice after onboarding
- Coach staff to correct training drift early
- Share audit feedback with individuals and supervisors
- Track and report training adherence using quantitative and qualitative data

- Partner with medical and Operations leadership to close workflow and quality gaps
- Ensure training materials comply with state, federal, and accreditation standards such as CARF
- Keep materials current as Athena, evidence, and regulations evolve
Requirements:
- Active RN license or equivalent medical background, with direct behavioral health and/or SUD clinical experience (required)
- Hands-on expertise with Athena or a comparable EHR from a clinical workflow perspective (required)
- Experience designing and facilitating clinical training or curriculum
