Job Description

Consultant generating business opportunities for RHF Talentos in Brazil via active prospecting and lead generation. Focusing on commercial proposals and client management in various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new companies and generate business opportunities.
  • Perform active prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings with decision-makers.
  • Present commercial proposals for Recruitment & Selection (R&S) services.
  • Maintain client relationships, generate referrals, and identify new needs.
  • Keep the CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment & Selection team to ensure delivery and results.

Requirements:

  • Communicative, persuasive, and target-driven profile.
  • Experience in B2B sales (consulting, HR, marketing, or similar).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing a client portfolio and follow-ups.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Active CNPJ (company registration) to provide services.
