Job Description
Senior Functional Consultant driving discovery and requirements gathering for clients primarily in the United States. Join DaCodes in delivering high-impact software and digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead **discovery sessions with stakeholders** (primarily in the United States).
- Conduct **requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation** for business and functional needs.
- Translate client needs into **user stories, use cases, and clear functional specifications**.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and scope definition sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities during the discovery phase.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- **Key Responsibilities**

- **Desired Profile**
- **Seniority:** Senior (5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant).
- Strong experience in **Discovery, Requirements Gathering, and Business Analysis**.
- Experience working with **international clients (preferably US-based stakeholders)**.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead sessions with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- **Technical Skills**
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong background in functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- General understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
- **Soft Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments.
- **Additional Requirements**
- **Advanced English (mandatory)**.
- **Valid visa and passport (mandatory)**.
- Availability to **travel frequently to the United States**.
- Location: **Mexico (Mexico Only)**.
- Work model: **Remote with travel to the United States**.
