Job Description

Workforce Analytics Consultant delivering and evolving employee listening strategy through surveys and analytics. Analyzing data to provide insights for management decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics
  • Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions
  • Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity
  • Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 years of experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
