Job Description
Franchise Support Consultant partnering with entrepreneurs to drive uBreakiFix franchise success. Collaborating directly with owners and managers to enhance performance and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- As a Franchise Support Consultant, partner with entrepreneurs to successfully operate uBreakiFix franchises.
- Drive success for franchisees by consulting directly with individual owners, managers, and store team members.
- Demonstrate expertise in all agreements between UBIF Franchisor and the Franchisees.
- Take ownership of store performance and franchise success within the consultant's region.
- Build influential relationships with franchise owners, managers, and technicians to identify areas of opportunity.
- Focus on store performance, revenue generation, salesmanship, and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct regular communication and follow-ups with assigned Franchisee owner groups.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, franchise operations, business consulting, multi location/district management, or relevant experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required.
- Internals must currently be in a leadership position.
- Internals must be in their current role for a minimum of 6 months, have no corrective action with a performance rating of strong or above.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, customer/client service, or consulting is preferred.
- Proficient in full O365 suite of applications, including the ability to analyze insights via PowerBI.
- Proven ability to influence results and work with external stakeholders such as vendors, contractors, or franchisees.
- Presentation/coaching skills.
