Job Description
Commercial Counsel negotiating technology, data licensing, and marketing agreements for micro1, an AI data lab training frontier models. Supporting vendor partnerships, NDAs, and scalable legal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Handle data licensing, technology transactions, and marketing contracts
- Support vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work, and NDAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance
- Help shape scalable legal processes
- Support the growth of micro1, an AI data lab training frontier models and evaluating AI agents
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials
- Significant experience with sophisticated commercial and technology agreements
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment
- Excellent legal judgment
- Adaptability
- Willingness to develop expertise in emerging areas
- Commercial legal experience involving data licensing, technology transactions, and marketing contracts
