Job Description
Commercial Dealer Manager responsible for building and growing a dealer network to distribute Centr equipment in the U.S. Focusing on recruiting and developing dealers across multiple market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a dealer market roadmap for the U.S.
- Identify geographic markets and vertical opportunities
- Define and manage territory plans for dealers
- Identify, prospect, and sign new dealers
- Lead end-to-end dealer onboarding
- Develop dealer playbooks and sales tools
- Conduct regular business reviews with dealers
- Support dealers in developing local and regional marketing initiatives
- Use Salesforce as the system of record for dealer accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales and key account or channel management experience
- Proven experience selling fitness equipment or related commercial solutions
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing dealers or distributors
- Hands-on experience building and managing pipeline and accounts in Salesforce
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
