Job Description
Communications Coordinator supporting the design and delivery of omnichannel campaigns for government customers at Granicus. Collaborating with teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of omnichannel campaigns and content.
- Collaborate closely with practitioners in experience design and data analysts.
- Assess and improve the effectiveness of programs over time.
- Support key message development, evaluation of customer content, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop campaign plans, A/B testing, segmentation, and outreach tracking strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience developing content for multichannel campaigns and/or websites.
- Analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Working on large-scale or program-level projects for customers, preferably for government.
- Desire to be part of a data-driven, customer-focused, fast-paced team.
- Strong collaboration skills and dependability.
