Job Description
Shape perceptions and manage social presence for ElevenLabs' growth and communications. Collaborate with teams to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping perceptions of ElevenLabs, with strategies, stories and updates that advance how the world thinks about us.
- Creating compelling content that earns organic interest, from blogs and event talk tracks, to demos and social posts.
- Running ElevenLabs' social presence on X and LinkedIn, managing the calendar and finding creative ways to bring our work to life.
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, writers, and other important players across the business, tech, and creator ecosystem.
- Working closely with domain experts across the company to translate their work into compelling narratives that land with specific audiences (for example, building awareness of ElevenAgents with enterprise leaders).
- Establishing the infrastructure that keeps communications running at global scale, including introducing new systems, managing agencies, and coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements:

- A superb communicator. Your writing is precise and compelling across short and long formats, and you speak with clarity and conviction.
