Job Description
Manager of Communications overseeing internal communication strategies at Sanford Health. Leading a team to create effective communications and support the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the communication team responsible for internal and corporate communication strategies
- Oversee the development of effective internal communications
- Create a positive team culture through effective communication and development of team members
- Collaborate and establish partnerships across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is required
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience required
- Proven team leadership experience
