Job Description

Manager of Communications overseeing internal communication strategies at Sanford Health. Leading a team to create effective communications and support the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the communication team responsible for internal and corporate communication strategies
  • Oversee the development of effective internal communications
  • Create a positive team culture through effective communication and development of team members
  • Collaborate and establish partnerships across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is required
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience required
  • Proven team leadership experience
