Job Description
Europe Communications Lead shaping ElevenLabs’ reputation as an AI research and product company. Running regional campaigns, media relations, executive support, and communications operations across EU markets.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the European communications strategy and build ElevenLabs' reputation across the region
- Design and run creative, high-engagement campaigns across media, social, and events
- Develop regional positioning, turn global news into local stories, and create original European moments
- Identify reputational risks early and mitigate them
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organisers
- Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities
- Partner with sales, marketing, policy, legal, deployment, GMs, and marketing leads
- Define the European communications operating model
- Manage agencies as required in specific markets
Requirements:
- Experience managing communications across multiple European markets
- Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications
- Demonstrable track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues
- Firm grasp of Europe's political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape
- Ability to create unusually creative communications campaigns, including non-traditional tactics and channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with nascent operating models
