Job Description
Compensation & Benefits Manager entwickelt strategische Benefit-Programme für ValueNet, Deutschlands führenden Anbieter für Mitarbeiter-Benefits. Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kunden und Mitgestaltung innovativer Vergütungsmodelle.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
- Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
- Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees
- Develop tailored benefits solutions and ensure high client satisfaction
- Guide new and existing clients through all order and implementation processes
- Ensure consistently high standards of quality and service
- Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments
- Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models
- Provide strategic advice to clients
- Develop customized benefits programs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Strong knowledge of HR and tax-related topics
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus
- Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters
- Fluent German, with strong negotiation skills
- Fluent English, with strong negotiation skills
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
