Job Description

Compliance Project Manager for All Care To You managing compliance email inbox and deliverables in healthcare administration. Leading projects and ensuring quality while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage All Care To You’s Compliance e-mail inbox and ensure timely completion of Compliance related deliverables
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of a project from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Create Azure tickets within the Compliance department with all required elements of the request
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resources
  • Provide regular updates on project status to key stakeholders
  • Document and update the status of all created Azure tickets
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track and report on project performance using appropriate project management tools
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 2 years’ Project Management experience within in a healthcare administration organization
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • Authorization and Claim processing understanding preferred
  • EZ-Cap experience preferred
  • Proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong ability to multi-task, project management, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability in problem-solving
  • Ability to self-manage, strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
