Job Description
Compliance Project Manager for All Care To You managing compliance email inbox and deliverables in healthcare administration. Leading projects and ensuring quality while adhering to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage All Care To You’s Compliance e-mail inbox and ensure timely completion of Compliance related deliverables
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a project from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Create Azure tickets within the Compliance department with all required elements of the request
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resources
- Provide regular updates on project status to key stakeholders
- Document and update the status of all created Azure tickets
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track and report on project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for regulatory agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years’ Project Management experience within in a healthcare administration organization
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Authorization and Claim processing understanding preferred
- EZ-Cap experience preferred
- Proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to multi-task, project management, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability in problem-solving
- Ability to self-manage, strong time management skills
- Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
