Job Description

Project Coordinator supporting multifamily energy efficiency projects in Southern California. Bridging communication between contractors, customers, and program management teams to ensure program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for field-based staff and the network of participating Trade Allies
  • Maintain ongoing communications with participating contractors, customers, and consultants.
  • Clarify and resolve/escalate customer/contractor concerns related to program participation as necessary.
  • Build industry relationships, provide insights to ensure that programs run efficiently and effectively and constantly respond to changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams to provide national cohesiveness and bring efficiency & best practices to your client’s programs.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as reallocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Support and track contractor enrollment in programs.
  • Assist technical teams to ensure QA/QC standards for the program are met.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience working in a successful business environment, energy efficiency or demand response programs; or consulting projects for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits, OR related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound business ethics including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
