Job Description
Sales Project Manager for ECI Development coordinating sales operations across LATAM in English and Spanish. Providing customer service and managing documentation for international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on sales projects and client requests in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate with internal teams (administrative, legal, commercial) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation, task tracking, and timelines in SharePoint.
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and report updates.
- Provide high-quality customer service to international clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).
- Experience in real estate project coordination or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office).
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
